走過留一點痕跡。。
I have to say this before the posts go on at this blog.
I want to record my feelings, struggles and hopefully some success at developing a project using Agile.
Why do I waste time to write notes down, and not spend more time coding.
Well, for the sake of DRY principle and hopes pass down some experiences for my junior colleagues.
So this blog will have posts about how the team and I(as a stupid, premature PM)adopt Agile (Scrum)in our project.
God bless us, and hope that when by the end of the year, someone would appreciate my effort at recording this pursues of effective team collaboration on a project.
